Apple puree made from natural apples grown in the foothill regions of Almaty region of Kazakhstan is a completely natural product, clean and this product does not contain any additives (artificial dyes and synthetic substances) including preservatives and GMO components.

- 100 natural puree of ripe apples processing

- dry substances content (by refractometer): 29% ± 1.0%

- Mass fraction of titrated acids (in terms of malic acid): 1.0% ± 0.4%

- viscosity (Bostwick) at brix = 15 (30 sec/cm): 16 ± 4 cm

- pH value: not more than 3.8

- preservatives and additives are absent

- does not contain GMO components

- apple puree concentrate is packed in aseptic bag inside metal drum 220-240 kg net.

Shelf life: 2 years since production date at storage conditions: - 10 ° С and not more than + 20 ° С
