Since 1st January, 2020 in Russia becomes effective the law "About Organic Products"

The right for the term "organic" will be available only for manufacturers which do not use pesticides and antibiotics, nutritional supplements, taste modifiers, etc. Besides, they should make obligatory certification and join in the corresponding state register.

Actually it is the first attempt to set rules of the game in the Russian market of a healthy power supply which promptly grows. According to forecasts of Euromonitor International, this year sales of similar products in the Russian Federation should exceed 900 billion rubles. Ideologists of organic agriculture of which only 0.7 share of this market , hope that the law will give a new incentive to development of the industry. But fall of income and aspiration of Russians to save on food and also the competition to farmers eco products and bioproducts as consumers almost do not distinguish these concepts can interfere with their plans.
