Fully natural puree made from fresh squash which are grown in the foothills of Almaty region of Kazakhstan. The product does not contain any additives (artificial dyes and synthetic substances) including preservatives and GMO components.

- acidity index (mass fraction of titrated acids in terms of citric acid): 0.1-0.3

Shelf life: 1.5 years since production date in a dry well-ventilated warehouses protected from direct sunlight at a temperature 0 C / + 25 С and relative air humidity not more than 75%

Field of application: in the production of vegetable and vegetable fruit purees and also for baby food.
