As part of the implementation of the national project "International Cooperation and Export," the Russian government creates the most favorable environment for exporters of agricultural products. The next such steps were the following:

Implementation of remote certification of enterprises for export

First of all, this measure is associated with the impact of the pandemic. COVID-19 The Rosselkhoznadzor introduced a new remote format of certification of enterprises for export of products for compliance with the requirements of importing countries in connection with the difficult epidemiological situation. The main goal is to minimize contacts between the inspection staff and employees of enterprises. The entire certification process takes place remotely. At the first stage, the enterprise submits a standard package of documents; at the second stage, the enterprise's video communication capacities are examined.

My Export Platform

At the end of 2020, the launch of the My Export platform is scheduled on the basis of the Russian Export Center. The main goal of the project is to simplify the exporter of all public services in the field of foreign economic activity. The My Export platform is connected to the interagency interaction system and the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA). Now the principle of "one window" will work for exporters - documents uploaded to the platform once will be used by all involved departments: the FCS, the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, etc.

It is expected that all innovations and measures already taken earlier to support agricultural exporting enterprises will give an increase in the share of exports of manufactured products, agricultural products and services in the country's GDP by 20%.
